Digital reports and data packs
Our reports and data packs are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, so all sales are final, except in the following cases:
- Not delivered: you did not receive your file and we cannot deliver it within 2 working days of being notified.
- Faulty file: the file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we cannot provide a working copy.
- Not as described: the report is materially different from its description on our website (for example, a stated chapter is missing).
- Duplicate purchase: you accidentally bought the same report twice.
In these cases you may request a replacement or a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Custom research briefs
For custom projects, the scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms and cancellation conditions are agreed in writing before work begins. Refunds for custom work follow that written agreement.
How to request a refund
Contact us through our Contact page with your order details (name, email, report title and date of purchase) and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on your payment provider.
